Banyan Tree Retail Precinct, Negombo, Sri Lanka

The Banyan Tree Retail Precinct in Negombo, Sri Lanka, was conceptualised to be a cutting edge 8-acre retail destination on one of the most popular Sri Lankan beach resorts. Pentago did all of the master planning, architecture and landscape architecture and created a unique style that modernised the historical Dutch design influence on the island. The retail spaces were designed for a variety of exclusive tenants to create a hip modern vibe for the new ‘cool’ crowds.
