The development is also known as KotaSAS and Pentago was engaged to provide a critical review of the master plan and redesign key areas of the 2500 acre mixed development in Pahang, with an anticipated population capacity of 55,000. Our work has included the re-design of some areas of the development and providing visionary architectural concepts for major landmark buildings within the development and the preparation of briefs for buildings and architectural themes.

Subsequently, Pentago have been engaged to provide concepts through to detailed design and implementation of the key place making entrances and the public realm in the development.
