Raffles Maldives Resort, Meradhoo Island, Maldives

Pentago was employed as the concept architect and concept landscape architect on this exclusive 56 key high end luxury resort in the Maldives. The design of the resort reflected the traditional colonial Straits style of the iconic Raffles hotel in Singapore; this was the Raffle Group’s first resort style hotel. Blending into local contexts, motifs like the traditional Maldivian boat shapes are incorporated into the roof designs.
