The Tuai Residence is an upscale housing development with the primary focus on multi-generational and communal living. Pentago was appointed as the landscape architects, and in line with the theme, created multiple open air spaces with seating and plant arrangements that act as intimacy barriers and provide shade to encourage community interaction among the residents. Forest species of Hopea Odorata Vertide  give these spaces form and a structure of formality. The Burberry pattern was extracted from the façade and translated seamlessly into landscape.

Working hand in hand with the developers to plan the communal spaces, Pentago ensured that every step, from the guardhouse to the covered car parks, right up to each resident’s doorstep was an experience designed to bring people together. The walkways, gardens, gazebos and even the communal kitchens foster community ties by maximising visibility, comfort, and inclusiveness.

The development won the StarProperty Awards 2021 for three categories – The Family-Friendly Award (High-Rise), the Assisted-Living Home Award (Semi-Retirement) and the Best Residential High-Rise Development in Malaysia Award.
