The Riyang at Happy Garden is a family-friendly development in the heart of a mature neighbourhood in bustling Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. Pentago were engaged as the landscape architects for this exclusive 212-unit condominium development which boasts large spaces for growing families. The modern curves of the building façade was translated into the landscape design and features in the informal layout of the 35-metre lap pool that cascades into a children’s wading pool in the lower tier.
The Riyang won two major international awards – Residential High-Rise Development and Residential High-Rise Architecture at the 2017 Asia Pacific Property Awards.
