Villa T.A.B., the third house designed by Pentago for this particular client, is testament to the importance of understanding a client’s character, thoughts and endeavours to inspire personalised and creative design.
The gateway of the house is discreet yet elegant and, together with the night lights, gives the building a regal, majestic feel. The house’s interior adopts a ‘less is more’ concept with the clever use of modern ideas and motifs, a common theme in Pentago’s architectural style.
The warm and welcoming open front compliments the rear of the house, which opens up to a panoramic view of the lake and offers a seamless transition from room to garden. The structure was specifically designed orientated to maximise the view of the lake and take advantage of the existing natural landscape.
The swimming pool and pavilions overlap in a holistic union of landscape and architecture.
