Vasana 25, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Vasana is a high-end contemporary residential development in Kuala Lumpur, designed in a modern style with a tropical twist. The development boasts four separate bungalow lots and 21 upscale semi-detached houses, affectionately termed as the ‘Vasana 25’.

To the client’s brief, Pentago developed the challenging steep land of the initial site into a commercially successful community of properties. The 21 ‘super detached houses’ each has its own roof, lift and private lap pool that ‘spills’ into the driveway. Privacy is maximised through the integration of landscape within the house. The development’s challenging scope is addressed by using the houses as massive retaining walls, tucking them into the hill-face.

Each of the Vasana 25 has been designed with a focus on the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, Malaysia’s national icon, giving it a profound sense of place within the city.
