Kotasas Hill is a sprawling 220-acre mixed residential development with a Pentago master plan and concept that addresses sustainable development features and lifestyles. In addition to creating design briefs for two distinct housing types and landscapes, the public parks, roads and streetscapes were meticulously detailed to curate a modern, green residence.
